Couse Descriptions:
750m ocean swim Forster Beach,
3 laps bike course
Proceed up North St, turn into West St, turn into Head St, turn into Hadley St.
The first of 3 turnaround points is located at the Hadley St / Lake St intersection.
Back along Hadley and Head St, turn into Macintosh St
The second of 3 turnaround points is located at the Macintosh St / Mark St roundabout near McDonalds.
Back along Macintosh St, turn into Head St.
The third of 3 turnaround points is located just east of the Head St / Beach St roundabout.
Head back up Head St, repeat 2 more times. Turn in West St and North St to commence Run Leg
Run
5km course that has a mixture of bitumen, cement pathways (including across the bridge and return) and dirt tracks.
