Swim
The Enticer TRYathlon Swim Course is a 300m open water swim course off Forster Beach, the layout of which will be decided on the day, depending on the weather and sea conditions.
Bike
The bike leg is two laps of a 4km course (total 8km) that will take competitors from the transition area in North St, right onto West St and then left onto Head St. The competitors continue along Head St and right onto along Hadley St until they reach the first turnaround point just prior to the Hadley St / Lake St intersection, where competitors will complete a U turn and travel back up to and onto Head St until they reach the reach the Macintosh St intersection at which point they will turn left onto Macintosh St. Competitors will travel south on Macintosh St until they reach the next turnaround point just north of the Macintosh St / Lake St intersection. At that point they will do another U turn and head north back up Macintosh St. At the Macintosh St / Head St intersection competitors will turn left onto Head St and continue up to the turnaround point just west of the Macintosh St / Beach St roundabout. At this point competitors will complete another U turn and head west along Head St past the Head St / West St intersection for the completion of the first lap of two laps. The following lap is as per the first lap. On completion the their second lap, competitors will turn left off Head St onto West St and then left onto North St for return to the transition area. At this point competitors will dismount from their bikes, stow their bikes and commence the run leg.
Head back up Head St. Turn in West St and North St to commence Run Leg
Run
The run leg will be a one lap, 2km course and will commence at transition area from where the competitors will head west along North St, at the end of which they will run along the bush track and then walking path that head towards Bennett Head Reserve until they reach the turnaround point where they turnaround and head back along the same course back to the main beach area where competitors will run up the finish shute and through the finish arch to complete the event.
