Swim
150m sea-pool swim.
Bike
Proceed up North St, turn into West St, turn into Head St, turn into Macintosh St.
The first of 2 turnaround points is located at the Macintosh St / Lake St intersection.
Back along Macintosh and turn into Head St.
The second turnaround point is located just east of the Head St / Beach St roundabout.
Head back up Head St to repeat course up Macintosh St and return to The second turnaround point is located just east of the Head St / Beach St roundabout.
Turn in West St and North St to commence Run Leg.
Run
1km run along North St.
