Competitor Categories: Male / Female. Oepn, U20, 20 - 24, 25 - 29, 30 - 34, 35 - 39, 40 - 44, 45 - 49, 50 - 54, 55 - 59, 60 - 64, 65 - 69, 70+
Age as of 31st December 2008.
Any athlete can enter the OPEN category, however, they will only be eligible for awards, placings and selection in that category ONLY
There will be a minimum cash prize pool of $2000 for the OPEN Male & Female Category in the NSW Long Course Championships.

Refund Policy: 50% of the entry fee is non refundable up to and including 13th Oct, 2008 and the total entry fee is non-refundable from 13th October, 2008.

Registration: Compulsory for all individuals and only 1 team representative.

Transition: Transition Area will be open from 3.30 pm to 5.30 pm. NO BIKES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 5.30PM
